I never usually bother! However, after I had unfortunately chosen the wrong product, but only realized my mistake after it arrived, I reached out to the company. The prompt speed of the resolution was fantastic! They were kind , speedy and as soon as I returned the wrong item - the correct one was sent! I had low expectations as this error was my fault 🤦‍♀️ But, as a result I intend to become a loyal customer and have spread the word 😀 If a small company can put such efforts into customer engagement they deserve our support! Au plein air is one of my favourite perfumes so I was delighted to see it as a diffuser oil. Both my husband and I collect crystals and have them placed in every room in the house. The subtle aroma of au plein air added to these crystals takes me to my happy place.
