I have dehydrated skin, so I have used A LOT of lotions/toners. Really, REALLY expensive ones, a ton of mid-range ones and the classic very in-expensive ones, but this one works the best... like is actually effective in hydrating my skin. So much so, on good days, I don't feel the NEED/REQUIREMENT to additionally use a thick cream, which is crazy/unheard of for my desert dry tight deeply dehydrated skin. I have used the III Enrich one, and I found it congested my pores a little, but this II Moist one does not. If you are looking for a gentle, soothing, effective lotion/toner, give this a try.

I like how it smooth my skin. It is not heavy on the face. It helps to remove my acne.
