Be careful when picking your image. I picked a darker picture that seemed nice and warmly lit on my computer screen (because there's a back light) but when it gets printed out, it looks really dark and doesn't have the same glow. So make sure you pick a brighter image. Also be aware that 1-2cm around the edge of the picture will be cut off. Also make sure you submit as high resolution picture as possible. I contacted customer service about being disappointed by the final result of my image and i really appreciate their help. The let me get a new desk pad for free and helped me determine if my picture would be any good. So my replacement would make me happy.
