Incredible in every way

The ring is stunning and amazing quality but that’s not the highlight of my experience, their exceptional customer service just blew me away, my first parcel I waited two weeks and when the tracking hadn’t moved I contacted them to let them know. Straight away Kelly looked into it for me and advised the parcel seemed to be lost in transit and the next day I had my replacement just in time for Xmas as it was a Xmas present. I had guessed the size and I guessed terribly wrong as it was way too big so I requested a size exchange I didn’t even need to ask for a size you send a photo and they send you two new rings based on there professional opinion you don’t even have to send the first one back first as they send these out straight away and sure enough one of them was the perfect fit they even let me change the design for the new size. I then send back the unwanted rings with their prepaid satchel so i didnt even need to go to the post office just in a post box so simple and easy and don’t have to wait around for the wrong size to be returned first. Absolutely incredible service. For the price I paid I would pay triple that just for the service you get. So grateful and glad I chose such a wonderful company I would 110% recommend to anybody.

The ring arrived in great time and it’s absolutely beautiful and exactly as per the online image. We had to get a size exchange and the process was so simple. Seriously great customer service. Will definitely buy from Elk and Cub again.
