Unexpectedly great

I recently purchased a Campy Ekar groups from Lafo. I was having a hard time finding the groups due to supply chain issues. When I found it at Lafo I was nervous because I've never heard of them, and they weren't based in my home country (USA). They far exceeded my expectations. As soon as I placed the order I received an email from Claude, the company owner, providing me with technical insight. Note that his message came after hours, showing that he's super committed to customer satisfaction. He delivered the groups on-time, with no problems, and included a few bolts that he though I would need. This wasn't an Amazon or Competitive Cyclist experience. Lafo gives personal service and free technical advice. This is a good seller. I couldn't be more pleased that I made the Ekar purchase at their online site.
