This lives up to the expectations! The length is perfect as a 5'10" female. Some assembly is required as the armor is not pre-placed in the garment. Cool enough for an 80 degree day and warm enough for a 55 degree night, while wearing a dress underneath! The only reason I'm not going for 5 stars is that there are no retroreflective qualities to the garment.
