Campy Chain & Front Derailleur Inserts

Pretty basic parts but hats off to Lafo for continuing to support Campy users! One thing - if anyone reading this knows why I keep loosing the resin inserts in my front derailleurs (this has happened with 3 different Chorus versions) I would love to know what I might be doing wrong. I use the Campy alignment tool when setting the FD up and seem to be getting the shifting dialed in well. A mystery!
