Like "real" Italian bread

I was so excited to see an "Italian" gluten free bakery for my celiac daughter. I sent her a surprise package of breads and muffins and as she exclaimed when it arrived, "This is the best bread I have had in many years!" It reminded her of the Italian bread we used to share as a family before she was diagnosed...crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. Thank you!
