Excellent experience. After being let down a couple of days before Christmas I contacted Willies through Facebook for advice to see if items could be shipped in time. They took time to make sure I had the right item and kept in contact right through to dispatch. Even after purchasing customer service has been great for a newbie family to adjust the helmet to right size. Fantastic and will definitely be recommending. Helmet is perfect for our ice hockey obsessed son who is going to try inline skating.
