This is the perfect work backpack for a small person like me (150 cm tall). Fits my work laptop (which is not thin), lunch, and a few other things. I got the side pockets which are a bit tight, but provide enough room for my compact umbrella and water bottle. Materials are top quality and the fact that it's custom made in the USA is a nice plus. Stitching looks great.
