I know Lion Brand as a trusted company over many years of knitting and crocheting. For this project I picked the Baby Soft yarn because the last thing new parents need is a blanket that cannot be washed. The pattern looks interesting also. Looking forward to this new project.

Not as soft as expected, but easy to work with. Watch out if you're buying for a specific pattern. Website repeatedly tried to add more than needed if you switch colors.
