I have been buying these shoes for about 3 decades, now. They are my absolute favorites! I started buying them direct from K-Swiss during the covid pandemic in 2020 and have ordered them direct ever since. So, I ordered a pair in July. They were delivered but the shoes had a manufacturing defect. They were marked as an 8 but were longer by about a 1/2 size than my old pair and did not fit correctly on me. I called and costumer service was so great and sent me a brand new pair after confirming the defect. Well that pair came and everything on the new shoes were good size wise but one shoe had an issue with light scuff marks on the leather and stitching on one side of the right shoe. I called back to report the issue. They did not hesitate to start a return of the damaged shoes and after I sent them back via a free return UPS shipping label they sent me another replacement right away. The last pair I just received today and they are in perfect condition! I am so glad to be able to have the shoes I have loved for so long with the quality I have always received with these shoes. While there were a few snags which can happen anywhere, I am so pleased with how the company and costumer service handled my issues and I will be continuing to buy these favorite shoes of mine as long as they are still making them. One new thing about the shoes is they have a new insole made from Ortholite technology eco friendly. I have not had a chance to wear them yet but I am sure the new insoles will only add to the comfort of the new pair! I love K-Swiss their from my era the one I bought wasn't for me, but the person is most definitely loving them.
