06613-039-M | HYPERCOURT EXPRESS 2 | BLACK/WHITE/HIGH-RISE

I have purchased 4-5 sets of Men's Hypercourt Express 2 in different colors. They have all been "low-rise". I tried to order the same thing in black and was told the only thing you have is the "High-rise". I am not a basketball player and don't want high-rise shoes. Allie was great and said I should try the Express 3, which I did. I did not like it at all. It has very little/no cushion, lacks flexibility, and looks cheap (like what you but for $29 at Costco). Please see my earlier feedback. I then took a chance and ordered the "high-rise" 2 in black. I see absolutely no difference between the high-rise and low-rise. As such, I am both frustrated (wasted time and wasted a credit) and thrilled (it's the same great shoe). Please give me a worthwhile credit and I will purchase yet another set of the "high-rise" black 2's before you stop producing HyperCourt Express 2's to transition to the Express 3............. which I will NOT buy. I also recommend taking the word "high-rise" off your advertising. It steered me away and probably steers others away from the men's black Hypercourt Express 2. Just don't say either low or high-rise. They really are identical from what I can see and feel.

I like these hypercourt shoes because they fit my wider foot well

The shoes are amazing, but what was ever better was the help in customer service I got from Allie! She was very friendly, and responded via email a few different times with questions I had, in a very timely manner.
