This is my second pair! It’s a great, all-around comfortable shoe that you can easily dress up or down for any occasion.
Also, the customer service is great. I accidentally entered some incorrect information, but it was incredibly easy to reach a real person. They (Kenny) took ownership of my mistake and fixed it right away. You just don't see that kind of service much anymore.

I like them but my left foot is just a little bit larger than my right foot. So, I had to buy a shorter stretcher and after a while it actually worked to make that shoe just a tad bit larger.

I hate them. They are too tight across the top and not nearly as wide and comfortable as other styles I have gotten in the past.
