Great customer service and ukuleles

Bought my ukulele online and to my surprise received only a couple of days later. Unfortunately after a week of joyfully playing my new ukulele I realised the electronics weren't working. Some quickly responded to emails sorted me out with a pre paid postage label to return my ukulele. Sent my new uke of on a Monday and two and a half days later I received an explanation email and found a new ukulele waiting for me when I got home! Amazing customer service and great value for money ukuleles. Many extras that similar price point ukuleles don't have. Like pearl inlays, better tuners and bridge, and big choice of great quality cases. Plus many useful extras. And as a lefty it was pleasing (and rare) to see a range of options to choose from. Overall very happy with my ukulele and customer service experience. Thanks a lot Ukulele Mate I'll definitely be recommending to others.
