Amazing...BUT

Love love love this set. The curl hold is longer than any tool ive ever uses in 20+ years last up to two days for me. Once you get the hang of it it is super easy plus the glove it comes with helps begginers. The only reason i took off star was because of the base (the bottom part you connect) life expectancy is more less two years. This is my second set purchase since 2015 (third time i purchased base only for $40+ as i was unaware you could just order base) and i would always take care of well and store in the pleather bag it comes in for storage. Warranty is only 1 yr other than that these work amazing and you get an infinity type of hair looks if you wanted

Customer service has been amazing had a faulty wand attachment and was sent replacements no issues, thankfully 3rd time lucky haven’t had any issues with the 3rd one. Only curler that holds the curl in my hair all day absolutely love it wouldn’t use any other curler.
