Essential system to refine your pour overs! The different sized sieve screens do fit rather tightly so you may need to lubricate the rubber/silicone gasket with a little soapy water.
One of the aluminum screen holders needed to be de-burred -just barely- because the fit is very tight and precise so even a quarter mm makes a difference in the fitment.
But there is really nothing else this good on the market so I can forgive a little fiddling :-)

I bought the basic sifter set but I find that I need more sieves to calibrate my grinders. These are what I need.

A lot of variety, plenty of options to choose from—every cup of coffee I've made using these sieves has turned out great.
