Crassula arborescens undulatifolia 'Ripple Jade'

All plants were delivered as expected. On the day of delivery, all 3 plants were potted well draining soil and given some water. Since then 2 of the plants have lost at least 7 leaves each. The leaves are drying up and falling off. They were kept separate from all other plant in my home. I hope they survive.
