Schlumbergera x buckleyi Christmas Cactus

Cactus showed up not in good shape, it was flimsy, soggy looking, overall looked dead not to mention soil was everywhere. Needs better shipping quality and more time took on that, these are “plants” and they need care when being shipped… Took me almost a week to get ahold of someone in customer service and she messaged back with some excuse that her inbox wasn’t working properly, the girl asked for photos in the response and i got right back to her moments later. She took multiple more days with no response after i got back to her so I took it upon myself to message the girl multiple more times finally for her to make a deal out with me on the issue I had with my delivery. Finally a solution was made I got a partial refund. Took a loss in both ways. Ill never order from this site again. Honestly feel like the seller did not made things right considering i still had to pay for the plant in the way it showed up. And I dont see why im being held liable for your mess up.This was a hassel!

Item received and despite freezing weather it faired well and is growing well since it’s arrival! I did order the hot pack but it was not warm upon arrival, but it was okay!

Plant came in perfect shape. Will order again
