Replacement Lid for Ranger and Convoy Collections

Ordering was easy, and the lid arrived promptly. It’s a replacement for a lid I broke when I dropped my thermos mug. It doesn’t fit quite as tightly as the one it replaces so if I don’t screw it on really tightly it can leak a little bit. Satisfied with product however.

Fits perfectly…. A little pricey for a lid but I love the bottle so it was worth it.

The Customer Support Team was great to handle my inquiry and send me a replacement lid at no charge. I would rate Camilla Moreau a 10+ for going above and beyond. The reason for the 2 score on the lid is that there must be something wrong with the replacement lid that was sent, as it is very hard to get more than a tiny sip of water out of the lid. Thank you.
