Nice puff jacket

Not super warm like other jackets I purchased from this website. My son was not happy with the jacket and I decided to upgrade to another one that I purchased my other son a few years ago, but item is stating "not eligible for return" This type of policy will definitely deter me from purchasing from this company again. I have purchased a few nice jackets in the past, and referred several people to the company but I cannot deal with a company that sells online, and has such a stringent return policy. I sent an email, and did not receive a response.
