Shopping on the website and ordering was a piece of cake. When told the belt was a gift for our son Brenda asked when’s the party. She made no promises that it would arrive on time but said they’d try and it was on its way with plenty of time to spare. Unfortunately the USPS is not as efficient and responsive as Scottsdale Belt and it finally arrived two weeks late. Our son reports the belt was well worth the wait. He loves it. these belts are awesome! I didn’t know what a good belt was supposed to look like or feel like. I don’t know how you’ll stay in business without repeat customers, as these belts may the last ones I ever have to buy!
