Perfectly Perfect

I absolutely love this eyeliner. It’s so easy to apply a wing and it stays on. It’s completely smudge-free and if you make a mistake the makeup eraser pen fixes it in an instant. The modest size is the perfect size. This is the only eyeliner I will buy from now on.
