SMW Fixture Pallet

We run a 96mm pallet system on our machines with a Lights Out Manufacturing robot loading system for production but the down side is the loss of flexibility in our set ups when it comes to prototypes and tooling. We mounted one of the Saunders pallets to a pull stud pallet to allow us to quickly drop in a more flexible set up when needed.

Excellent quality product. Happy to have it as part of my work platform.

We love the fixture pallet we are using with our PuckChuck setup. Mounting the pullstuds on it allows for quick and easy changeovers between parts or loading more parts offline.
