I received my egg white powder and wanted to try it out for a few days before leaving a review. I must say I am pleasantly surprised in the ease of mixing, cooking and the taste test was the icing on the cake. I recalculated the powder and water quantities as I didn't require a large volume (easy enough to do). And I'm sold on buying the powder formular v frozen egg whites.
