Tidal Tank Slim

Very useful

My softball players have really enjoyed using the title tank. I love how it works their core as well as form. It’s a lot of fun for strength training. The resistance of the water movement is just what the girls need to build the muscle for stabilization. A very useful product.

My son loves the way the tank gives him instant feedback on body mechanics

Mixed Review

It’s great for your core strength. However, it hurts my elbows. It’s go en me the worst tendinitis in both elbows. I can’t use it consistently for that reason - which has defeated the purpose.
