First time trying the miso paste! Love the taste.

The taste of this miso makes a wonderful salad dressing

Have been enjoying this product for many years. It is the sweeter and milder form of miso and not too salty or intense in taste. I use it in my soup, or just mix with plain porridge during my morning breakfast. I love the taste because it reminds of the good old Chinese preserve beancurd, I used to mix with my porridge during my morning breakfast way back in the 1950s and 1960s era. However, here is a little feedback. As the bottle of miso, has been repacked probably from a bulk container, there is always a big gap in every bottle without any miso contents. Perhaps the packer may wish to take note of this when repacking miso in future. Thank you.
