Yummy. More bubbly than I thought…

My first ferment that I tolerate. Yay. All other ferments that are wild, I can't have because we don't know what strains are in wild ferments and not all strains are beneficial. This culture starter has specific strains picked for healing the gut, for autoimuune conditions and histamine intollerences. This is an answer to prayer.
