A well-made neat pannier with quality fixings. There is a hook on a stretch cord at the bottom and I had to improvise a way to attach this as my rack does not have a horizontal bar at the bottom but the top clip and straps worked fine. The bag is water resistant, not waterproof, so I recommend using an internal waterproof bag of some sort.
