Tour Pannier Small 20L (Pair)

Just what I needed for short B&B cycle touring. Easy to fit the bags on my rack, then very easy on and off. I like the blue colour, no heel catching on the bags, and simple to open and close. Performed well in the rain.I wonder how well the closure works when only half full.
