Feedback on delivery of praise banners

The banners themselves were excellent. How the service from FedEx was not good at all. They did not deliver the items to our address. They were left sitting on top of a mailbox almost a half mile from our home. Thankfully, those people knew us and informed me that there was a box with my name on it left at the side of the road. FedEx has done this to us in the past with other deliveries. Your products are great, FedEx is not, however, reliable. Thank you
