Ordered these shades and loved them but they had some scratches that you could see when the light is on. I emailed color cord and they offered to replace them or issue a refund. The replacements came in record time! Great service!

Good after work

My order arrived with issues. The cord was creased and the shade was uneven. However, the staff worked with me to teach me to undo the creases and provided an extra component to fix the shade. The amount of effort required for the price is disappointing. OTOH, the final product is beautiful and exactly as ordered.
