Protein mousse is a great snack for when you're craving something sweet. I liked its taste and texture but had to be more prepared for this snack as it takes up to 30 mins to develop in the fridge.

Delicious protein mousse
I make this mousse for my afternoon snacks. I blended with cottage cheese and bit of hot chocolate and dash of almond milk. Delicious !

Nice jelly/mousse
Amazing for an evening snack. The texture is not really a mousse but more of a jelly. Like others, I add some cocoa powder and it’s delish!!! Easy to digest too
