My daughter in-law is very happy with the backpack.

I'm very happy with the item itself but I was a little disappointed with all the plastic wrapping around it. Every single piece of the bag was wrapped in plastic including the thin straps which were somehow wrapped around the buckles and nearly impossible to get off. The bag was then wrapped in tons of paper and then another bag and then the box. The plastic was totally unnecessary and in my opinion very wasteful.

The quality of this backpack is just incredible! I love how it looks, the weight, and truly how unique this fun accessory is!
