Disappointed Designer

I am disappointed. 5 came in very dark grey and many were chipped at their ends. I wrote to ask if you would send me 5 free ones..as they were Oriental white that I purchased but although many had way too much grey throughout. I never received a response to my request. And I ordered 45 pieces and their sizes varied. Very disappointing. I didn’t think I was purchasing a lower level product.
