I've used Nostolgic Media multiple times, and on this recent visit, brought a family members tapes (30+). It's fabulous to get DVDs and a flash drive, to make sure we are all backed up to preserve the memories.

Customer service from my first phone call (call picked up after 1 ring by a human being) through the process (including an in-person visit to drop off my order) to receiving my return shipment was excellent. They digitized my photos and slides in the order I requested and informed me of the quality/issue of my old VHS tapes which impacted the low quality of the transferred tapes. I have been recommending Nostalgic Media to all my friends, including those out of state. I high recommend dropping off your order if possible as there is a vintage camera and movie projector exhibit that could be a museum in itself.
