Mindfullness
It wasn't until almost the end of the sessions that I noticed the impact of those lessons. I am very glad I stuck with the program. I have no hesitation in recommending this study to others. I have a better understanding of my reactions and pausing for a breath or two. I've learned to feel for a moment before I choose my response. This study has opened my eyes to a healthier way of dealing with what it is that life hands out. I am a satisfied listener.

MBSR
This course was meaningful and brought in all of the elements needed to make one more mindful. There were times it felt like it was dragging but at the same time I knew it was working on a slower deeper level to create permanent change.

It is a great course, the teachers are excellent and although it is an online course, one feels very accompanied, I have been able to review and work on topics that are quite difficult for me in a very calm and positive way.
