Individually Wrapped Truffles

Absolutely love these decadent truffles! I’ve ordered 3 times since first trying them in December. My favorites are the orange and raspberry. Someone on here suggested to put them in coffee. I ordered a hazelnut one to do just that! Also, I have to confess, sometimes I chew!! ;)

I’m responding to your request for feedback, but fair warning — I may still be under the influence of your chocolate. My husband and I discovered your shop while visiting New York over Christmas at the Winter Village. I was offered a sample, noticed the “No Chewing Allowed” sign, and immediately thought, “That’s dramatic.” Then I tasted the truffle… and realized the sign was actually a public service announcement. The truffle melted perfectly, required zero chewing, and completely ruined all other chocolate for me. I loved it so much that I returned to your shop two more times before our trip ended. I brought some home to share with friends and family, which in hindsight was a terrible idea because now they’re gone. My favorite was the pistachio macaron truffle. It was so good that I recently ordered a bag of 30 of them, which is what prompted this feedback email. It has officially become my new gold standard for chocolate, and everything else now feels like a disappointment. Your truffles were one of the highlights of our New York trip, and I will absolutely be ordering again. Thank you for creating chocolate that comes with a warning label.
