Horrible Customer service set up- have to go through email- no phone number sent 5 emails trying to cancel before shipment was sent- they of course respond after they ship and i have to pay to ship back which was 60 more than what i bought it- will sell on market place- do better char-grilled

Item As advertised, but SUPER slow shipping. I will probably never order from this company again because of the shipping speed and lack of communication. I emailed 6x and didn’t receive a response back for almost 3 weeks.

I put in the madel # for my grill and their website said this was the correct size and when I got it was half the size for my grill tried to return and after like 4 weeks they responded to one of several emails giving the run around to return to get my refund ended up just putting it in the garage
