Top-notch customer service

My phone case was only a few weeks past the end of warranty when a small piece broke on it. They didn't hesitate and sent me a replacement. Even with the small issue, I think these are very sturdy cases, and mine still would have probably still been fine. Their willingness to offer a replacement just verifies that they believe in their cases, too.

Starting off first, customer service is great...👍 Now onto the case. The case is awesome except for the belt clip... First case I received, with in the 1st week the belt clip broke, don't know how as I didn't catch it on nothing as I got in my car. The only thing I could come up with is maybe the pressure of against my body as I was getting in broke it. Don't know. Called customer service and they were very pleasant and understanding. With no hesitations they mailed me a new one right away. This is why I say CUSTOMER SERVICE IS #1. Other than the clip, the case is great.
