On the day i received my order, there was a tear in the fabric, which caused the filling to leak out. I notified BigJoe of the issue via email, and they never responded. This was the first and probably the last time ill ever purchase their products. It appears they have quality control issues, they stand by their word to help resolve reasonable/covered issues with their products, and their customer service is lacking. Its a shame, b/c I was looking forward to using this product, but this whole experience has really turned me off to buying their products, in the future. If i could give them "zero" stars, i probably would.
