Really nice functional bag

I really like this bag, it’s super well made. I like the water proof bottom. It was bigger than I expected from the picture but works great for me.

Good product.

A very good tote. I like the shoulder strap option. My only wish is that the strap hardware was chrome instead of brass. Not a big fan of the brass.

Tote and Customer Service Excellent!

Well, it’s fabulous, I suspect it will last forever, made like a tank and yet stylish in a stealth way. ( it was the large one, and it’s spacious) I liked the longer handles and the waterproof protection on the bottom. Also, I can’t say enough for on-going stellar customer service, from ordering to follow-through when dealing with addressing issues and reaching out re UPS delivery problems. Not only effective but deliciously human. A good reason to support family businesses. Thanks, Team Steele!
