I found this in a store once!

I found this in a store and then it disappeared from stock. So I had to buy direct and in bulk! In Greece carob is extensively used not only as a chocolate substitute but as a sweetener so I’m so happy that sweet Freedom has harnessed this in a delicious syrup that I use daily drizzled on my fathers porridge and in my yoghurt with fruit. I’ve also used it in a banana bread recipe. I cannot recommend this highly enough!
