Good texture and healthy

It is more like instant oats, which was not what I expected of rolled oats. Packaging did not provide cooking instructions so I could not tell. I should have sought clarification before ordering.

We have been eating this brand of oats for several years. Have tried other brands of rolled but none can match up to it in terms of the texture and taste. My husband refuses to eat any other brands except this.
