Initially I was frustrated because I did not receive the tattoos, but once I approached the company they resolved the issue and sent another batch of the Tattoos I ordered for free. I have been considering a tattoo and this is such a great way to play around with what and where I might want to do it! But now I'm just thinking I might use these instead of permanently tatting myself ;-)
