Women's Bandana Bandit Western Boots

Beautifully made and comfortable, but the embroidery colors are much more vibrant than in the photos. Gorgeous, but not what I was looking for. Return process is really simple.

I ordered a pair of Tin Haul cowboy boots, that I needed by the 4th of July, so I paid $71 for 2 day shipping. The order was placed on June 28 in the late afternoon, figuring they would ship on Wednesday and I would have them on Friday. I was informed that they didn’t ship on Wednesday and I could expect them July 5th. JULY 5th!?!? I wouldn’t have paid $71 or even ordered them from your store, when Amazon offers them for less and free shipping. I was also informed that someone would contact me regarding my shipping fees, since they didn’t ship out when they were promised. No calls or even emails. I am very disappointed in the customer service and this company as a whole, which I will be letting my family and friends know about.

I am thinking about trying a smaller size, then keeping the ones that fit better. I will return the other pair that don’t fit as well
