A bit flimsy, not sure how much protection they offer, and they do spin. Possibly, I should have ordered a size down.

Well made product that do not rotate. Have used them for approximately 2 weeks in terrible weather. They dry quickly and brush off well when dry. Remarkably robust for neoprene boots.
