Comes with the bag and peel. Oven heats up fast. A little of a learning curve but not bad. It's best mix for lump charcoal with wood. The tray is small so you have to frequently add pellets and wood. Having the charcoal in there helps. I'm really looking forward to the gas attachment.

Most versatile pizza oven for the money in my opinion. I like how it can use Pellets, charcoal and wood. Talk about a learning curve however. Would love to see more videos!

Starting at the assembly, and the simple start up , I thought it could’nt get better ! But cooking our first pizza with a great wood - fired taste that we were hoping for proved me wrong ! Also , a GREAT price AND made in the U.S.A. ! Best product I’ve bought this year! THANK YOU !
