Great gadget for fast bouquets

I’m a floral designer. I started using this gadget about year ago to make bridesmaids bouquets. I place it on top of a of a large vase , and because I am able to use both of my hands to design, I can make bouquets way faster!

Missing item

I ordered this floral grid along with the 4 inch eggs. My order arrived without the grid. I'm so disappointed as I was counting on using it soon. Hoping to hear from customer service.
