I over filed my nails and had to take a break to educate myself on nail health. This absolutely saved me, my nails are strong and they’re growing faster than I expected. I’d recommend one thin coat every other day, I had a hard time with peeling with 2 coats. I wish the brush was a bit softer but it gets the job done!
